Your data belongs to you. Here’s what that means in practice.

When a principal talks to Digital Danny, that conversation exists in their relationship with it — not in a shared pool, not in a dataset, not accessible to anyone they haven’t authorized.

District data doesn’t train outside models. Principal conversations aren’t pooled or analyzed. If a district or individual school leader ever walks away, their data walks with them.

How it’s protected:

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every conversation is backed up nightly. All information lives in a private, isolated environment — not on the public internet. Cloudflare and AWS Shield defend against external attacks before they reach the platform.

Every action inside the system is logged — who accessed what, when, and why. Role-based access means only authorized people can see district data. Annual penetration tests find and fix weaknesses before they become problems.

The answer when your superintendent asks:

This isn’t a consumer AI product. It was built for the stakes principals actually operate at — which means the data protection was built that way too.

One thing we’ll always tell you upfront:

Anonymized conversation patterns are reviewed periodically — to improve how Digital Danny responds and to understand what’s resonating. No names. No identifying details. The goal is a better product for every principal using it.
